You are ready for your Weight Loss Supercharge Day tomorrow. This is a writing exercise called a Brain Dump or Brain Wash. It’s time to clear out the unconscious beliefs that are blocking you. This is time to let go of anything that is slowing your manifesting down.
It’s time to manifest your highest & best ideal body!
When just beginning, do this writing exercise before falling asleep that night.
On a daily basis complete this Brain Dump writing exercise first thing in the morning.
- Take 4 blank sheets of paper
- Quickly write down any negative thoughts, beliefs, conversations that are on your mind
- Your writing does not have to be legible
- Once complete DO NOT REREAD
- Immediately shred, burn or tear up the words you wrote
This writing exercise is meant to be done quickly without thinking. You are downloading and clearing out any blocks in your unconscious that are not aligned to your highest and best you.
Fill the 4 pages up with whatever thoughts that come to you; the good, the bad and the ugly.
Do not worry about it being legible. Do not reread what you wrote. This is not a journal entry. Immediately shred, burn or tear up what you wrote.
Do a Brain Dump at least one time every morning. You can also do a Brain Dump other times of the day when your mind starts filling up with negative thoughts.
A great time to do this writing exercise is when
you start grabbing for unhealthy foods.
Write about “Why am I reaching for this food right now?… What am I feeling right now?… What just happened?… Am I bored?… Am I sad?… Is this just a habit?”
Sometimes the thoughts are not on the surface. Keep writing anyway. You can get the flow started by writing: “I don’t know why I’m writing… I don’t have anything to say… This is stupid… I don’t know why I’m doing this… This won’t work either…” The most important thing is to JUST KEEP WRITING for 4 pages.

3#-Weight Loss Tips: Notice When Your Thoughts Stray Out of The Positive Vortex
Each day is all about PRACTICING how to stay in The Positive Vortex. Start noticing when your feelings are not in the vortex. Do whatever you can to bump yourself up at least a notch. Abraham Hicks always talks about your biggest job is to feel relief from where you are.
Don’t expect yourself to jump from Apathy to Passion all in one day. Just keep moving up the Emotional Guidance Scale step by step.
